GMC Repair: 92roadmaster extended starting, oil pressure switch, fuel pump relay

my car cranks for 10+ secs. then the oil pressure rises and finally it starts. same prob. every time. after it starts runs fine. i suspect either the fuel pump relay or oil pressure switch. not sure which one. can you help narrow it down...thank you (v8 350)

this would be the oil pressure switch it does not have a oil pump relay on a 92 .

also has the oil ben changed if the oil is ben in the car a long time it can start pluging the system makeing it harder to get the oil up in the heads .
