If you want to do it RIGHT let me know.

Thats why I'm here, Please tell me something.
I have ask in my home town what the two wires going to the motor are and no one here seams to know, but found out that they are the up and down wires, reversing them power wise, Right?
And I made a mistake above its a 1987 van.

Answer
Check the DRIVERS door panel window switch and see if you have battery voltage to the swutch FIRST.

Yes there are 2 wires that go down to operate the window motor. Let's asy that one wire is GRAY and the other is BLUE. If you put battery voltage to the GRAY wire and put a ground source to the BLUE wire the window will go UP.

If you then REVERSE the wires and put battery voltage to the BLUE wire and a ground source to the BRAY wire the window will go DOWN.

The above is just an EXAMPLE as the wire colors could be ANY COLOR and NOT necessarily GRAY and BLUE.

Take the door panel off and tell me what color the wires are that go to the window motor.

But FIRST check the switch to see if you have battery voltage to ONE of the terminals at the switch.

Whay usually happens that when the door is opened to WIDE it tends to break the wires within the rubber boot that is attached inside the door frame to the door pillar at the door hinges.
