GMC Repair: GMC Jimmy does not start, calibration equipment, chevy dealer

Question
I have a GMC Jimmy 94 CPI4.3L,  I change the following part in this car with a new one, fuel pump, the CPI,fuel relay, the ECM and the car cranks but, do not start, the fuel pump pressure at the schare valve is 64 PSI, I have spark and current.  I took off the TBI and spray starting fluid and crank the engine and it start. I try to start the engine with the starting fluid and it just crank.  what can I do now I already place almost everything that is relate to the fuel system.

Answer
Most newer vehicles have to have the CAL-PAK removed from the OLD computer and RE-INSTALLED in the new computer and in some cases they have to be RE-PROGRAMMED using special equipment. Also there is a device called a QUAD DRIVER that also may need to be reprogrammed and or replaced.

Without the special calibration equipment your out of business and at the mercy of the chevy dealer.
