 i just wanted to know what could be some possible problems...and how can i fix it...

SURE, But how about some past and current repair history on the vehicle.

What was the LAST repair performed on the vehicle PRIOR to this problem ?.

What is the current mileage ?.

Here is a little trick for you to do some NIGHT. Start the engine and get a windex spray bottle or similar and fill it with water and set it on MIST.

Being EXTREMLY CAREFUL spray the water mist all over the spark plug wires and see if you see any arching of the plug wires anywhere along the full length of the wires.
