GMC Repair: dome light, gmc savanna, light socket

i have a 2003 gmc savanna 2500, recently the dome lights stopped working from either the door or manual switch on dash, i have checked every fuse i can find, all ok, is there something i'm missing?. blubs have been replaced, checked for power at lights, nothing..

What OTHER components on the vehicle do NOT work ?.

The dome light should have battery voltage to it at ALL times. It is the GROUND side that is used to turn the light ON and OFF.

If you have NO battery voltage at ALL at the light socket, There has got to something else on the vehicle that does not work also.
