GMC Repair: HEATER CORE, heater cores, gmc jimmy

I have a 85 GMC Jimmy, full size, with A/C how do I get the old heater core out?

I honestly do not have a clue as this was not in my field of expertise. This would be under GENERAL repair and I did not change heater cores.
