GMC Repair: Windshield Wiper Motor, e mail address, dodge ram 1500

Question
Thank you for answering the question to my problem on my 1998 Chevy Blazer.  I will try and see exactly what the problem is.  If I do replace the motor and board, I will be sure to send them to you.  Please be sure to send me a shipping address so I can do so.  I do have one more question for you.  This is in regards to my 1999 Dodge Ram 1500 Pickup 2wd.  For some reason,I have to add about a quart of coolant every month.  I cannot detect any leaks anywhere on my truck.  Even if the vehicle has been sitting for a while, there is absolutely no trace of leaking.  Thanks again.

Answer
Great, E-mail me at my personal e-mail address being:

and I will give you my address.

As to the coolant loss on the Dodge, You have only 2 choices, You are either LOSING coolant externally on the ground or you may have a small heater core leak so check for dampness under the drivers and or passengers front foot area under the carpet. If you find traces of coolant, You may have a coolant leak of the heater core and or loose hose connections where the engine coolant hoses are clamped onto the heater core.

2. The engine is USING the coolant such as a possible head gasket(s) leak, Intake manifold leak. Is your engine oil dipstick showing OVER FULL as marked on the stick ?. Also look in the radiator for signs of oil in the coolant.

There is a test procedure for checking for head gasket(s) leaking but it is quite a lengthy process to type out the step by step procedure.

Check out the above possibilities and let me know. Also let me know the past repair history of the vehicle, I mean EVERYTHING, Even changing a light bulb to replacing the engine.
