Alfa Romeo Repair: ics not working, negative cable, positive cable

Hi!
I have a 166. my car ics not working no pictures no sound no anything please help! this is a normal ics with cassette player no telephone or gps or cd!

Answer
First check that both fused feeds are ok then check the ground circuit. Second, reset by disconnecting the negative cable from the battery--wait five minutes and touch it to the positive cable for 10 seconds, then reattach negative cable to the battery terminal.  After that you can assume it is dead.
