Audio Systems: replacement, Lincoln radio, town car radio

Can I change out a Bose PN-2083D for the factory radio I have in my 1998 Lincoln Town Car, DVD is in the trunk. Is it compatible with amps, etc......... if so how much trouble will it be.

Nissan radio into a Lincoln town car NO, everything its possible but this idea its crazy, makes no sense it will cost you 5 times what a factory Lincoln radio cost
