Audio Systems: subwoofer, keenwood, fm radio

I hooked two tens in my gf grand am.she has a keenwood ez500.Its all hooked up right.they work great with the am/fm but when u put a cd in the subs will not work.they work fine in my rodeo cd,and fm/am.anyone have any ideals

Car audio is not part of my field but I'll try to advise you. From yr question, since AM/FM radio is working fine with your 2 speakers which means that is nothing wrong with yr Kenwood internal amp. Upon inserting cd into 'subs'(What do you mean by disc inserting into subs or subwoofer ?).

Im not pretty clear what is yr problem there =(
1. Is it AM/FM Radio with subwoofers are working ?
or
2. No audio sound when playing disc ?
or
3. Normal speakers are playing with disc but subwoofer does not sound ?
