Audio Systems: Power Amp, stereo amplifier, reliability record

I currently have two passive HK Audio Pr:o 10x speakers. 600watts at 8ohms. What size of power amplifier would I require for these? I would like them to be stereo, so a 2 channel Power amp. Thanks!

Actually, they are 300w power handling and 8 ohms impedance.  Sensitivity is 99db which is only average.  Therefore, you will want a stereo amplifier that feeds full power into 8 ohms and since the sensitivity is medium you will want an amplifier that can reach as close to the 300 watts/channel.  There are hosts of amplifiers that will do the job.  You will need to settle your search around those that meet the power requirements, reliability record and your budget.
