Audio Systems: cd text, media application, cd text

Question
i wanna know do a bose car stereo or any car stereo display the artist name and title like a mp3 player does when playing in the car stereo. my car stereo is in a 2008 300 chrsyler once i insert the cd disc it only display the track number ,not the artist and title of the song like the mp3 player.

You need 'ID tag data' in order to do this (and the CD format does not support it directly).
CD-Text will allow you to add text but only on CD's which you burn yourself using an extension  such as http://bmproductions.fixnum.org/download/download.php?prog=WMPCDText&file=http:/ for your media application.
The information is stored either in the lead-in area of the CD, where there is roughly five kilobytes of space available, or in the Subchannels R to W on the disc, which can store about 31 megabytes.
