Audio Systems: Powering my audio system, driven music, amps

If I have 2 amps that equal 4600 max watts, will it be enough to power that if i have a 220 amp altenator, 3800 watt battery and a 30-50 farad capicitor?

Without knowing the amplifier make and model and the vehicle I can only give you a rough guess.

The amps at 4600 watts is really 2300w and that means 1200 each for 100 amps each which is 200 amps total but they never run at full power when pumping music.  In  fact they would usually not run over 50% average power which means a total of 100 amps max with hard driven music hitting them.

Based on the above, you should be okey.
