I have a Trail Blazer 03 with bose and on start system,cd changer with 6 disc i would like to know if i can take the changer out and install a in dash unit on it?

yes you can do that,  you need to install vehicle wiring harness made for GM, if you use any other harness there will be a lot of problems with the vehicle warnings and air bags
