Audio Systems: 2001 jeep grand cherokee system, jeep grand cherokee, kicker subs

I have an 2001 jeep grAnd cherokee and I installed a Sony after market deck kenwood amp and 2 12 inch kicker subs and when I play the radio the music plays though the speakers And subs but when I try the aux or cd player it only comes though the subs any ideas

you need to turn on the infinity amplifiers, at the moment you are using the blue wire from the sony radio fro the electric antenna , on cd or aux you don't need the antenna and that is way the amplifier turn off   change the wire to the other blue from the radio
