This may sound crazy,but i have a AM/FM/CASSETTE player
installed in my van.Recently i had to have a new alternator
and battery installed.About a month later my FM channels don't
work at all.All of the AM stations work.

sounds very normal
I get about 3 to 5 questions  about the same problem  every week
from dodge chrysler vehicle, it happends when the customer replace the battery

bad radio the power supply is fried the radio needs to be repair or replace, any electronic shop in your town will repair that
