Audio Systems: Sat. radio installed aftermarket, chrysler 2007 sebring, boston acoustics

hello.  I am looking to purchase a Chrysler 2007 Sebring that has a radio w 6 disc cd changer, and I would like to add a radio w Sirrius sat. capability built in.  Could you tell me how big a job this is to swap out radios.  I do not want to just put in a sat. radio mounted on the dash, wopuld like a built in system.

You are getting what may be a nearly 4 year old used, mobile, cd changer. If it is the factory unit it will be a Boston Acoustics system.
Why not just but a new radio that uses USB thumbdrives and has the Sirrius capability built in?
You will never scratch a CD or hear a skip through the USB.
