Where would I be able to get fuses for a home stereo system?

For most all of my component needs, I go to http://www.eskc.com/  4100 MAIN ST • KANSAS CITY, MO 64111. Their phone number is: (800) 669-3752 and I think they will ship small orders.
Most any reputable electronic parts supplier would have access to what you need. However, depending on the unit you may be able to buy the proper fuse(s) at a local Ace hardware store.
The main thing is to be sure that the fuse rating and type are exactly the same on the replacement fuse(s). By simply asking this question I think you already understand that.
