Audio Systems: Hardwire Aux input, auxiliary input adapter, gmc sierra

Question
I'm trying to hard wire a 3.5 mm audio jack into my 2006 GMC Sierra with the Bose 6 disc changer system for an I pod. I know it can be done through the XM wires or pins in the back of the head unit. I'm just not sure which ones to tie into. Please help

Answer
that is not possible, the radio is not going to open the port if there is no xm or external cd changer all chevrolet and gmc radios are the same
