I have no idea.  Mostly these kind of parts are from the oem manufacturer - the automobile maker that installed it originally.  Have you contacted them?  If the vehicle is more than a couple of years old they may no longer service this item.

You can always add an aftermarket amp or system.  You did not tell me the make and model of the vehicle so I cannot search that for you but if you go to these places you can find aftermarket items that may be of interest in your solution search.
