Water poured on my car stereo system and when I put any audio cd in it.it shows error and never plays but the tape is working well not the radio and cd.How would you fix this

Water damage can cause any number of failures. The only way for sure is to have a qualified technician open it up and take measurements and inspect all the parts to see what has gone bad.

In most cases if the set is allowed to completely dry out for several days before it is again energized it will power up and run normal again.  But, if it is powered prior to it becoming totally dried out inside it may cause permanent damage to some of the parts.

You can let it dry out more and try again after a few days - it really takes a long time for the internal parts to dry completely - and try again, but eventually you will need a hands-on test to find out what went bad.
