Audio Systems: Turntable & two amps, turntable cartridge, rca male

I have an excellent turntable to which I would like to connect  two amplifiers
being able to switch from one amplifier to the other. The turntable has the usual
RCA male plugs and a ground wire. How would I do that?

If you want to insert a switch at cartridge level you will introduce hum, noise and other unwanted distortion. The only safe way to switch it is at line level. That means that you would use a preamplifier with a switch between the 2 amplifiers.
