Audio Systems: How to install an ipod on my mercedez benz, merecedez benz, mercedez benz

Hello... I just bought a Merecedez Benz C200 Avantgarde 2002. I think it is an european version because it does not comes with the regular cd player, instead it comes with a CD player that has the navigation screen (with buttons options for maps, TV, telephone, etc) In the system button I can select the auxiliary audio source option, so i am pretty sure the system supports an adittional audio source but i just cant find the input anywhere. I just want to be able to connect an Ipod to the audio system. Can you help me on what to do? I think there should be some way to install a cable but is it easy to install? it could be some generic cable or is it a mercedes cable? Any help will be greatly appreciated...

I have done that before and it took me all day to do
i have to cut a lot of wires and solder them  behind the radio and into the fiber optic amplifier i n the trunk

next time i have to install one i amgoing to charge 5 hours of labor fee

NOT EASY TO INSTALL  

all ipod textwill display on radio screen
