Audio Systems: Adding CD changer to 92 Lincoln, lincoln town car, cd disc

I have a 1992 Lincoln town car where the radio cuts out after about 5 minutes. Not working at all now. I am going to replace the radio from a recycler. The 10 CD disc changer is available also. My question is where does it mount (trunk I think) how is it controlled (separately) and is there a wiring harness to the trunk pre-installed if the option were picked?

you need a new radio or rebuild radio all the radios from the junk yards are bad   all of them

the cd ,controller and wiring harness have been DISCONTINUED 8 years ago there is no way to find them now

also the radio needs to be CD ready to add the cd changer
