Cadillac Repair: Horn, cadillac repair, wireing diagram

Bill--found relay and fuses.  Many thanks.  The steeling wheel switch, relay & fuses are o.k.   What else can I do? Chilton and the Cadillac Repair Manual do not have anything about the horn.
Is there a wiring diagram available somewhere? Again, many thanks for your help.

Hi Janice, On page 8A-40-0 is the wireing diagram of the horn in the Caddy manual. Useing a 12 volt test light clipped to metal or battery negative post you should have voltage at terminal 1 and 5. (1: fuselink B, 5: fuse 11)  Then with the testlight clipped to the battery positive post or power terminal 2 should light when the horn button is pushed. Then jumper terminal 5 to terminal 4 and the horns should play. If all the tests show lights but no sound then unplug a horn wire and test for power at the horn when 5 and 4 are jumpered. If power then the horn is bad, if no power then the wire is open somewhere and will need to be fixed. If the tests are good and the horn plays then the relay is bad. Hope that makes sence. Bill
