Audio Systems: my car stereo, crossover networks, playback system

Question
I'm not really good at the car stereo adjusting and i tried to adjust it so the bass would be louder. But, now it sounds like the subwoofers or whatever are too strong because it hurting my ears.

Answer
Then turn it down.

Adjusting (or in audio we prefer to call it balancing out the system) is a function of making it sound natural and true to the way the artist or recording engineer intended it to sound on your playback system.

Assuming the system is performing correctly and that none of the system components have failed (such as the tweeters and/or midranges) you should play a range of musical tunes with voice, band, orchestra, etc. and adjust the output level of the various speakers until it sounds natural and good with all kinds of music.

Since I have no idea about the design of your playback system and the components (amplifiers and loudspeakers and crossover networks) it is impossible for me to give you any specific advice.  Further, it requires a physical presence to determine what adjustments should be made.

However, based on your description of what has happened to the sound quality it seems maybe you have overpowered the tweeters and/or midrange speakers and either blew them out or seriously impaired their output such that the subwoofers are putting out most of the sound - and making it very heavy on the bass end of the musical spectrum.

A good system which has been well balanced will sound good without having to crank it up.

If you are not able to balance the system in your car to your satisfaction you may have to take it into a good installer who can guide you through the process and repair any damaged speaker units.

PS: This is not a loaded question is it?  There are so many crank-em-up car owners that would love to have a system such that you have described.
