Audio Systems: Denon 3803 Zone 2, bose life style, main zone

Can I watch a movie in the house on the main zone and listen to my IPOD through zone 2 in the back yard at the same time with this receiver? If so how would I run it at the same time? When I read the manual it always refers to a amplifier in another room. I don't have a separate amp or receiver.

If the receiver is a two zone receiver you can do what you want. Look at some of the Bose Life Style systems. I'm not 100% sure that they can do what you want but I seem to remember reading that if was multi source multi zone. There is another way of doing it and that is to look at some of the Smart Home or Cambridge solutions. I believe they are the most reasonably priced systems and offer everything you want and more. The brochures will explain the capabilities. I have no reason to research it because I am not in the consumer end of the business.
