Audio Systems: Selecting the right amp., watts rms, woofer impedance

Question
If I put a set of Polk Audio component speakers rated at 4 ohms impedance, 10-100 watts rms power range and 200 watts peak power handling on the front channels and a P3L-S12 Single 12" Punch Stage-3 Shallow Enclosure with a woofer Impedance (ea)2-Ohm x 2 DVC, Power Handling of 400 Watts RMS and 800 Watts Max, bridged on the rear channels, would the Punch P400-4 amp do a good job at maximizing that speaker setup?

Also how many watts rms and max would I get at each component speaker and at the sub?

If  Punch P400-4 amp would not be a good setup to maximize my speaker arrangement can you make a recommendation?

Thanks for your help.

Answer
The sub would only get half of it's power handling. This is ok if you're ok with half of the subs performance.

I would run a 2/ch amp to the fronts (100 watts X 2) and a mono 400 watt RMS @ 4 ohm amp to the sub (wire the sub series).
