Audio Systems: 2007 taurus, single cd player, ac controls

Question
I have a 2007 Taurus that came with a cassette player.  I was wondering if I could upgrade to a single cd player that are available on ebay, or will I have to do more than just plug the new unit into the old plug?

with manual ac controls yes you can
if you have digital ac controls you can not replace the unit at from
but this cd changer plugs in the trunk and will work
