Audio Systems: JENISON DVD IN DASH STERO, loose wire, kill switch

ALL SEAMS TO BE WORKING WELL DVD PLAYS BUT I CANT GET SOUND I HEAR A LITTLE NOISE OUT OF MY SUB I HAVE NOT YET INSTALLED A KILL SWITCH YET I HAVE A JENSEN VM19S11TS IN DASH DVD PLEASE HELP..

If there is no sound at all, check the wiring for a loose wire.  If all of the connections are good and the player indicates that the unit is playing, you will need to check the output chips.  These amp chips may be defective.  This will require the unit to be placed on a bench and measurements taken.  I would visit a service shop.
