Can you please tell me what error code 62 and 20 are in this in dash player

I have attempted to check on this and all I can come up with is that the loading mechanism is out of timing.  The error codes are in the owner's manual or service manual and unfortunately I don't have accesst to the service manuals for car stuff.  Usually when an error occurs with this type of unit, the problem is either mechanical (doesn't load completely) or the optics.  Try opening up the unit and cleaning the lens using a cotton swab and alcohol.  Update this with the results.
