Audio Systems: how to take speakers off, chevy cavalier, car speakers

oki bout a 2005 chevy cavalier and the front speakers dont work how can i take them off.

I assume they are door mounted; usually down near the floor near the hinge of the door.  

Removal requires the door cover panel to be removed so you can access the mounting screws that hold the speaker in its place.

Replacing the speaker is critical for depth.  Go to www.crutchfield.com and go through their car outfitting sequence to find out the depth and size of speaker that is required for your car.
