Audio Systems: 97 grand am cd player, player radio, grand am

Question
I have a 97 grand am,and my cd player wont play.I put the cd in and a few seconds later it comes out and reads error 20.I tryed cleaning it, but the cleaning cd wont stay in,it comes out in seconds.The car has been sitting for about 3 years.It isnt very old,it only has 50,000 miles on it.In the car manual it says to contact the dealership,i've tried the troubleshooting but like i said the cd wont stay in long enough to read it i guess.

there is a sensor that detects the cd coming in and turns on the laser to read the information  
this  parts is defective or there is something inside like a coin at the end of the player

radio needs to be open and service  there is no easy fix for this problem
