Audio Systems: 2006 Ford expedition, ford lincoln mercury, kenwood kdc

i recently replcaed my factory headunit withy Rear Seat Entertainment (RSE). It
has audio controls and headphone jacks on rear of console. I replaced  unit
with a kenwood kdc-mp435u head unit. basically it has mini jack for
auxilliary in back and has usb in front of unit.  since this was installed at Fry's
my rear RSE does not work anymore.  they basically said that is the way it is
with that replacement.
is there a way to rewire system to allow for these controls to work? or at least
the headphone and volume?

if you add this interface the factory dvd will work again and the rear monitor
you can also use the headphones all the factory system will work again with any  radio
the volume controls only work with ford radio
