How do i get access to remove the front door speakers ?

If I recall correctly you must

ONE: Pull of window/door handles or buttons.
TWO: Take off arm rest (screws underneath it)
THREE: Remove door covering.  Unscrew from bottom (or could be clips that require you to just pull hard to get it loose); lift it out and up so as to clear the upper door lip.

You may be able to get at the speaker without totally removing the speaker.  

When mounting the new speaker be sure to get the plastic rain protection in place to keep moisture and water from dripping down on the speaker cone and damaging it.
