I am desperately trying to figure out how to remove the 6 x 9 speakers in the back, and how to remove the door panel to remove the 6 1/2's in the front.

If you google for this you will find some forums where various owners give their stories about how they did theirs.  

There are several different implementations in Toyotas as there are on other brand vehicles due to system upgrades and various deluxe systems the factory makes available to new car buyers.

But, in some Camrys you will have to release the back seats to get at the bolts that hold the speakers in.

Front door panels are usually popped on with various kinds of clips. The door handle parts are held in with screws and tinnermans, the armrests are usually screwed down from underneath. Once these are all removed the door panel can be gently eased off without damaging the springloaded clips.  The speaker is usually mounted with phillips type screws.  Make sure you keep the gaskets and water shields in place so that when the new speakers are installed they are not compromised with excessive dirt or moisture.
