Audio Systems: cd player, lexus is 300, cd label

have a lexus is 300 '01 the cd player does not work says error03 on display removed cds and still shows that player is full need help

that error means that there is something inside the radio  maybe a part of a cd label inside  unplug the battery for about 5 minutes and try again that will rewset the radio
if that don't help the radio needs to be remove  and repair
