Question
Sir,
The factory stereo (AM/FM/CD/Cassette) with 6 CD changer gives an error indicating, from the owners manual, that there is a laser focus problem. I can get an after-market AM/FM/CD/MP3 (single disc play) for about $200 to replace it. My real question is: Do you know how much a factory repair of the unit might cost? Honda dealer says they have to send it out. I'm trying to determine if it is more economical to have the unit repaired or replace it with an after-market unit. Can you help?

Answer
unplug the ground of your battery for about 1 hour, plug it back and the radio will reset it self  sometimes that works if not something is stuck inside the unit and needs to be repair
that will cost about $200.00 or under you can also check here they sale factory radios www.oemautosound.com
