where do i run a power wire through the fire wall in a 99 chevy blazer

I don't have a perfect answer for you.  I don't recommend you drill a new hole, but look for a place where you can squeeze the wire through. I have found around the area of the steering column is usually a good place; or where the brake or clutch pedals go through.  Also, there are ignition wires going through the firewall somewhere that may give an opening.

You must be creative, I think.
