Audio Systems: 1994 chevy 1500 CD player wiring, chevy silverado, 1994 chevy 1500

I just got a new cd player for my 1994 chevy silverado 1500 and it only has the caset player and the am/fm radio. I was wondering how i could wire the new system in. Because ve heard that on the chevy's the antena isnt in the same location. I have the new mounting plate for the cd player ready and all the wires are ready to be spliced. Please help me.

under the dash by the acelerator pedal there is a small metal box with 3 plugs and the antenna that is the radio plug you have to use the antenna will reach to the new radio location but you need a gm to motorolla adaptor
