Audio Systems: car audio tape error code, fm modulator, tape tension

I have a 1998 olds 88 tape and cd combo while playing a tape the thing ejects and gives me an E10 code what does this mean

Answer
The tape tension is too high, or the wheel sensor is not sensing movement. Either way, it's not worth fixing. You could spend more than the cost of a new CD player, just repairing the old OEM tape deck. How using ipod with cig. plug power adapter and FM modulator?
