Audio Systems: my lexus IS 300 err 1 message, lexus is 300, generic answer

Yea i was wondering y my Lexus is giving me the err1 message when i put the cd in?   And how do i get the traf to turn off?

Without knowing the model year and system type, I can only provide a generic answer.
As to the error code, 99 times out of 100:
It is probably time for a new CD player.
Though it may be a transport problem (if it has a CD changer). Check to be sure the cartridge is inserted properly.

I have no idea what a 'traf' is.
