QuestionI have a 1985 delta 88 royal.i purchased a sony xp cd player
got wire harness that coomes with radio.had to cu and splice problem is color are diffrent.i get power display but no sound from speacker.what can i do to get sound.
wire on harness is 2blue,2white,2grey,2purple red ,black, yellow at botoom corner.
car has 2 green,2blue,brwn/yellow,2grey think these are speackers but there is also a pink,large grey and black no red its on car other harness just hanging i spliced it use it for radio harness red and yellow.
also the blue on radio harness says amp and ant i dont need these i guess
AnswerYou should have bought the 10 dollar factory harness adaptor and you would not have had to cut any factory wire!!
You best bet now will be to either re-attach the factory connectors and go get one, or go to http://www.installdr.com and hope they have the codes for you.
