i get a egr and canister codes on my 94 explorer.  i have changed out the canister and hoses, and egr valve can you help?

what were the exact codes you got?
114, 116 and 335 engine not runnung.  
engine running 335
also.  the little actuator valve for the egr valve was changed.  the egr does actuate using a vacume pump.  the air line from the fuel tank is clear also.

Hello and thanks for the reply...I'll try to help.
 What I would suggest you do is a running self test and check to see IF the EGR is getting a vac signal. Enter a running test and disconnect the EGR vac line, the install a vac gage. IF there is not vac, I would check the controller for the supply source, and the vac line going to the controller.
