Audio Systems: wiring problem, mitsubushi eclipse, pioneer cd player

I installed a pioneer cd player into my 2001 mitsubushi eclipse, but for some reason only the front speakers come on now. Could you tell me what color wires are for what, so I can try and figure out what is wrong? Or if you have any idea why my back speakers aren't on? thank you

I have wire colors for up to '94 eclipse.  check them out here. they may match:

if not, I'd get a wiring harness for your car if you haven't already chopped off the factory connector.
