Audio Systems: mach 460 stereo system, radio cassette player, square holes

I bought a used 1999 ford mustang with a 460 mach stereo system.  There is a rattle in the dash and in order to get to it i need to find out how to remove the faceplates on the cd player and radio/cassette player.  There are four square holes in each faceplate.
