Audio Systems: JVC car stereo, jvc car radio, car makers

Question
Simple -- how do I change the time on the JVC car radio?  It came along with the
truck and no manual -- lotsa buttons -- greets with "Hello" and shuts down
with "See You".  Need more info?  Let me know.

Answer
Just fish around; there are three ways - normally - that car makers use:  1) little buttons near the volume control with a small "h" and "m" that change the time, 2) turn the radio off and push a mute or other function button and hold it down for a second or two which brings up the clock; then adjust to the arrows on two of the station buttons, or 3)  buttons near the time display; below or on the side.

But JVC sometimes uses a SEL button on the front panel which selects various functions, one of which is the clock.

HOWEVER: I have a better solution for you if you want the specific instructions for your unit.  You must have the model number:  Go to jvc.com and download the manual, then adjust according to the instructions for your specific model.

Let me know if you have further trouble.
