Answer
Here is a very basic answer:

I dont know if yer looking for a DIN mount EQ or what..
The EQ is the last thing you need right now, imho.
What you do really need is a crossover. You might look at this one which has an EQ in it as well.
Clarion EQS744 1/2 DIN 7 Band Graphic Equalizer/Crossover
these are about $99.00
The crossover will make everything about your system more clear and defined if it is setup properly and you do not set the gains too high (the gains being too high is an all too common error by novices and intermediate installer/designers/users).
As to an amp, you need one that is rated to give you 100-200 watts RMS per channel. Look for one that is bridgable at 400-500 watts RMS in Mono.
A one Farad cap should suffice.
Changer, look into clarion or alpine.

If you want a more detailed answer, please re-submit this question and use the 'private question' option. I would then be happy to elaborate.
Then I can fully explain the crossover, the overall gain settings  [crossover and amps](and the power supply for the vehicle which probably needs upgraded to stop that LED from dimming)...
