Audio Systems: Noise from speakers, ground loop isolator, msd igniton

Question
I have a 1969 Camaro w/ a MSD ignition (6AL box) for 327 CI motor.  I have installed a pioneer DVH-P5000MP w/ 4 6 1/2" speakers, 1 10" sub, 2 4" speakers, 1 800 watt amp and a 360 watt amp.  All the wires are run properly, grounds are to bare metal on chassis.  Is this a cause from my MSD igniton?  I had it installed by "professionals" and still makes noise even w/ noise filter to amp.  I am lost and tired of going back to the shop w/ no solution.  Please help.  Ryan

Answer
fist thing I'd do is disconnect all the RCAs at the amps. I know this will cause no sound but the point here is to see if the noise goes away.  if it does then the problem is either in the cd player or the ground difference between the amps and the cd player and I would try a ground loop isolator between the cd player and the connections to the amps.  you can get one at radioshack, seen here:

Try that first and let me know,  if that doesnt help we'll work from there.
Good luck!
