The answer may despend on what you mean by "everything else works"... are you saying that it powers up fine and looks like it's working but no audio plays out?
If that's the case it may be something as simple as a bad set of wiring harnesses to the speakers (requiring a simple 30-min. servicing that you could even do yourself).
It could also be something more troubling, like a bad amplifier circuit, that would require replacement of the whole unit.
My suggestion would be to check the wiring connections yourself and, if nothing improves, plan on replacement.
